
Phoenix Meal Plan: $90
The meal plan comes out to 12 total meals starting at lunch on Wednesday afternoon and ending on breakfast on Sunday.
Wednesday
Lunch:
Phillies (Chicken or Veggie) Grilled hoagie style sandwich with garlic aioli and melted provolone cheese. Served with a choice of assorted chips and drink.
Dinner:
Enchilada (Mexican) 2 plump, Chicken or bean and cheese stuffed Enchiladas smothered in a seasoned tomato based sauce, served with seasoned rice and refried beans. Quacomolli, sour cream and salsa. Choice of drink.
Thursday
Breakfast:
Egg plate: 2 eggs, 2 pieces bacon or sausage, 2 slices grill toast, fresh fruit.
Lunch:
Quesadilla (Chicken or Veggie) grilled with a cheddar/monterey jack cheese mix peppers and onions. Served with salsa, guacamole and sour cream. Served with a choice of chips and drink.
Dinner:
Lasagna (Italian) Thickly rolled beef or veggie stuffed pasta with ricotta and mozzarella cheese and topped with a robust marinara sauce. served with a tossed salad with a choice of dressings.
Friday
Breakfast:
French Toast plate: 2 pieces of french toast, 2 pieces of bacon or sausage, served with organic maple syrup. Fresh fruit.
Lunch:
Caesar salad wrap (Chicken or Veggie) grilled chicken or gardine, tossed with a fresh caesar salad and wrapped in a soft tomato tortilla. Served with a choice of chips and drink.
Dinner:
Swedish meatballs (European) 6 plump Swedish style meatballs slow cooked in a traditional sauce, alongside mashed potatoes and fresh veggies and a side of lingonberry jam. Choice of drink.
Saturday
Breakfast:
Biscuits and gravy: 2 thick buttermilk biscuits smothered in homemade white pepper gravy, (sausage or bacon optional) served with fresh fruit.
Lunch:
Meatball subs (Veggie available) 5 meat or “meat”balls slow cooked in my homemade marinara sauce wrapped in melted provolone cheese and encased in a fresh grilled garlic bread roll. Served with a choice of chips and drink.
Dinner:
Chicken Teriyaki (Cantanese) 3 Chicken Teriyaki skewers slow marinated and glazed, served over vegetable fried rice and grilled pineapple. Choice of drink.
Sunday
Breakfast:
Breakfast Burrito: Fluffy scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, mixed peppers and melted cheese, overly stuffed in a grilled tortilla.

Burgers: Grilled all beef patty (with or without American cheese) served with lettuce, tomato and onion on a deli roll. Choice of condiments...$7
Hotdog: Grilled all beef hotdog served on a toasted bun (bacon, cheese and grilled onions available upon request at extra cost)...$6
